Payment Policy

• Once the event date(s) are established, an invoice will be sent.

• Payment must be made within 3 business days to secure the date(s).

• Unfortunately, holding dates without securing payment can result in missed business opportunities if the initial event request falls through.

• Unpaid invoices after 3 business days may result in the release of the reserved date(s) for other bookings.

Checks are NOT accepted (ACH Transfers and credit/debit available as payment options on invoice)

Rescheduling Guidelines:

• Events must be rescheduled at least 3 days before the original event date.

• Only one reschedule date is allowed.

In the event of extreme weather conditions where safety is a concern, the event will be rescheduled to an alternate date.

Please Note:

• Inclement weather does not warrant a refund to the client.

• Rescheduled dates will be communicated promptly in case of any changes due to weather.

An additional travel fee may apply for events located more than 20 miles from our office, based on the 14223 zip code.

• Travel fees will be calculated and communicated prior to confirming the event booking.

• This fee is non-refundable and will be included in the final event cost.

A sign-up sheet for time slots will be sent out 1 week prior to the event.

• Sign-up sheets help the event run smoothly by ensuring that all slots are filled and organized in advance.

• This process helps with event flow, reducing wait times, and maximizing participation.

Host Requirements

To ensure a smooth and successful event, the host understands and agrees to provide the following:

• Access to electricity for equipment and supplies.

• A quiet space with adequate room for setup.

• Access to a ramp or elevator (if applicable) to assist with transporting equipment and supplies using a wagon.
